Project Overview
The Trove Project has been completed in Arlington, VA. The Trove was designed by KGD Architecture and was built by Bozzuto Construction,
The Trove is a new 401-unit urban infill project along the Columbia Pike corridor of Arlington. The project consists of three new seven-story buildings offering. Residents of the Trove will be able to enjoy a rooftop deck, a pool, cabanas, amphitheater-style decking, fire pits, grills, communal dining tables and more, all overlooking Columbia Pike.
The Trove will be built according to environmental and sustainable design standards to achieve LEED Silver Certification. Apartments on the South and East side of the project are designed to take advantage of the Army Navy Club golf course on one side, and city vistas above the tree line on the other side. Within sight are the sleek new Air Force Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the US Capitol dome.
