Butterfield House, a 28-unit, 50,000 sq ft condo building completed in 2008, combines historical elegance unique to Capitol Hill with cutting edge amenities.
The works of 19th century Gothic Revival architect William Butterfield inspired the traditional brick design, which was awarded the 2009 Brick in Architecture Awards Best -In-Class Winner, Multi-Family Category, for its unique and detailed brick patterns, corbelling, banding, and arches.
