Project Overview
Calvert Masonry has been chosen as the masonry contractor for the 290,000sf, 6 story urban model George Mason High School in the City of Falls Church.
The proposed exterior design combines modern materials with traditional brick for a contemporary aesthetic that will stand the test of time. The school will have a capacity for 1,200 students with flexible and collaborative areas for the student and faculty.
The building is designed to LEED Gold and Net Zero Ready. Completion of this project is scheduled for Fall 2021.
