Project Overview
The City Ridge project in Washington, DC is a 1.8 million sf, mixed-use urban development that includes eight new buildings for residential, office and retail. The development, located on 10 acres, offers nearly 700 residential units in six new apartment buidlings and associated retail space. There's also a new Wegmans grocery store, health club and multiple restaurants. In addition, a 100,000 sf office building is located in the center of the town square.
Calvert performed the masonry work for one of the new buildings along with the restoration and renovation of the historic, Colonial-style 3900 Wisconsin Avenue buidling which was constructed in 1958.
