Project Overview
The unique feature in the design of Market Common is that it resembles a small town community. It encompasses three residential apartments buildings, parking garage and retail stores that total 950,000 square feet. Calvert was able to execute this enormous project in less than ten months so that the retail shops could open in time for the Christmas shopping season. We received a letter of commendation from the general contractor naming Calvert Masonry as "the driving force" at the project.
