Project Overview
The 26 story Pentagon Center high-rise has a beautiful view of the DC Skyline. The high-rise and various other buildings totalling 1.8 million square foot is a transit-oriented, mixed use, high-density community on top of the Pentagon City Metro station.
Surrounding uses, predominantly residential with retail and some office, will culminate and be unified on this site. Through redevelopment, Pentagon Centre will become the heart of Pentagon City creating a unique sense of place for the entire Metro Station Area.
