Project Overview
Cooper Carry was enlisted by Songy Partners to convert a 1960s office building into an 11-story Hyatt Place hotel near The White House. The adaptive reuse project includes 164 keys, conferencing space, a roof-top terrace for private events, a fitness center, a small restaurant, and a bar.
Calvert Masonry's scope included extensive work to restore the facade of this building with brick and joint repairs, masonry modifications at all window and door openings and various other elements.
