Project Overview
The Grant Avenue Office Building is located in the heart of Old Town Manassas. The building is four stories in height, and is L-shaped with a radiused corner feature.
The exterior brick façade has several detailed features, including:
- Ornamental simulated cast stone fascias, bands and caps
- Special shape brick watertable and sill shapes
- Sawtooth soldier brick bands at each floor level
- Inset pier accents throughout
- Red field brick with cream inset brick panels
- Rowlock and header band borders
