Project Overview
As the Union Market area of NE Washington, DC continues to evolve, we are excited to announce we have been selected to perform the masonry work for 500 Morse Street for Moriarty & Associates, a development by LCOR.
This 11 story mixed use high rise will be a stunning addition to the area. The building which includes refurbishing a historical structure, formerly a Little Tavern Hamburger shop will feature 279 Residential Units occupying 237,500 SF as well as 19,800 SF of Retail. Completion is anticipated in late 2021.
