Clark has completed construction of Ballston's tallest and first vertically mixed-use 22-story building on top of a pre-existing parking garage. The first ten stories include retail and office space, and will house a new headquarters for Avalon Bay and the first VIDA Fitness to be located outside of Washington, DC, while the top twelve stories will be comprised of apartment units. The building features two rooftop spa pools, as well as a terrace on the 11th flooor.
