Project Overview
Calvert Masonry completed a full facade renovation of 5 story building. This multi phased, complete renovation of the interior and exterior was done while being 50 percent occupied by tenants. The successful completion was rewarded with the NAIOP Award of Excellence for Building Repositioning Capital Improvement.
