Calvert Masonry performed the masonry work at 1800 Half Street. The project is a mixed-use residential and retail development in the emerging Buzzard Point neighborhood of the Capital Waterfront. The building consists of 344 units across 11 stories atop 8,500 SF of retail.
Buzzard Point is an urbanized area located on the peninsula formed by the confluence of the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers in the southwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. known as the Capitol Riverfront.
