Joining Calvert in 2021, Tara’s multifaceted talents have only expanded her role. Her focus on human resource management has been instrumental in assisting project managers, the CFO, and the accounting team, ensuring the seamless operation of the entire company. Additionally, she spearheads the management of Calvert's external trucking division.

During her high school years, Tara pursued higher education concurrently, attending Lord Fairfax Community College as a high school senior with a scholarship from Virginia Tech. Tara excelled in Ag Mechanics, Aquaculture, and served as the President of FFA for two years.  Her background includes AutoCAD and Drafting and Design. Tara set the tone for her career by graduating a year early from Fauquier High School with a Virginia Agricultural and Mechanical College seal.

Tara is married and a mother of three young children. Additionally, Tara showcases her creativity in recreational art.
