Mike Kulp
Director of Field Operations
Mike Kulp became an invaluable asset to Calvert in 2006. Prior to joining Calvert, Mike honed his skills as a Site Supervisor and Mason for a masonry and concrete contractor as well as a small GC. Mike is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Mike has transitioned through roles as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, and General Superintendent. Currently serving as Calvert's Director of Field Operations, Mike oversees Calvert’s day-to-day operations, leading initiatives, mentoring management, developing and implementing operational procedures and overall strategic goals. Mike adeptly oversees and resolves issues across the company's 20+ concurrent jobsites. His oversight extends to supervising all field employees and equipment resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and project success.
Committed to professional growth, Mike is also an engaged member of the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the Washington Building Congress (WBC).
Married and a proud father of three sons, Mike treasures camping with his sons in Cub Scouts.
