Calvert Masonry performed extensive renovation and restoration work at 455 Eye Street, NW This project is a mixed-use multi-family residential building in Mount Vernon Triangle. The project consists of new construction with adaptive re-use of an existing 2-story auto works building and two 4-level townhouses. The building includes 176,000 sf (176 units) residential, 2,300 sf retail and 40,000 sf parking.
