Project Overview
The Lindley project in Chevy Chase celebrated its Grand Opening on October 15, less than a week after receiving its Certificate of Occupancy. The ceremony included a ribbon cutting, remarks, and a park dedication.
The eleven-story building was designed by Design Collective and features 200 units and three levels of below grade parking. The amenity spaces include a playroom, game room, and library.
The building broke ground in January of 2017, and topped out in December.
