Project Overview
The Calvert Team is excited to announce we have completed the masonry and architectural stone for Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, Maryland. This project includes a seven-story independent living building with 125 apartments ranging from 900 SF to 2,200 SF, and an underground parking garage.
There is also a three-story health center, including 32 memory care units in two stacked neighborhoods, each with access to a wandering terrace, and a clinic and memory care service suite on the ground floor. The project also includes a single-story Center for Healthy Living with a fitness and wellness center, new salon and day spa, classrooms, as well as a 5,500 SF multi-purpose room and adjacent meditation space with a chaplain’s office.
