Project Overview
The Union Market Apartments project consists of a 12-story, 432 unit apartment building containing over 3.5 levels of below grade parking and a vibrant mixed use retail area and a rooftop pool.
The project required restoring and adaptively reusing the original warehouse facade on the Property to utilize it as an engaging pedestal for the four residential volumes to “float” above. It is this retention, restoration, and reuse of the Property’s original warehouse facade that allows for the Project to become an integrated expression of the Union Market area.
