Project Overview
The Boro is a 1.7 million square-foot mixed-use complex with 680 residential units in three residential towers ranging in size from 12 to 32 stories.
The project also includes the construction of one five-story office tower and two levels of below-grade parking. The scope of work also includes streetscaping, high-end finishes, and an outdoor amenity space on the ninth floor terrace connecting the residential towers. Whole Foods is the lead retailer on the ground floor.
The project was designed to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
